You don't say which version of SQRW you are using, but I have experience the
same troubles with serveral different older versions.  Microsoft made some
changes in its printer driver interface between Win 3.11 and Win 95, it
seems, and versions of SQRW compiled for win 3.11 don't work under Win 95.

If you want to user -printer:wp with Win 95, I think you need to upgrade to
SQR 3.0.18.1.1 (or SQR v4, but I don't believe PeopleSoft supports
that yet).
