SQR with PeopleSoft MVS/DB2

We recently had PeopleSoft 7.0 installed and are having some problems with
printing SQR reports that are running on MVS.  There are two problems that
I hope someone has encountered (and found a solution for :)  ).

First, the underlining on the report titles is not working properly.
Instead of having the report heading underlined, the report heading prints
followed by EBCDIC backspace characters, followed by underscores.  I think
the intent is for an impact printer to print the heading, then have the
print head back up via the backspaces, and then print the underscores
directly underneath the report heading.  We are not using an impact
printer, so this does not work for us.

Second,  the delivered reports extend well past position 132, so we get a
wraparound effect, causing the reports to be essentially unusable.
