The .lis file is entirely determined by the declare-printer/-PRINTER:xx
etc. It is everything (escape sequences, et. al.) that's sent to the
different printer types. Postscript will get you 100's of lines of
postscript setup info before any of your data appears in the file. There
is a -nolis option which will produce a printer independent .spf file (sqr
viewer is best to look at these). the sqrp (or sqrwp from windows)
command can take an .spf file and make a printer specific .lis file (or
any new name using -F).
