SPF file not created

We are using sqr version 3.0.7.1 and having some problems getting sqr to
output its .spf files.  From the application window we're using (Maximo
3.0.2) an error message pops up when reports are run, for example, with a
report named "woprint" we get the following message:
    [SQR 6704] Cannot open or read file (M:\SPL\WOPRINT.SPF)
    [2]: No such file or directory

We've attempted to route all reports to an SPL directory located on the C:
drive of each client but sqr seems to still be looking at the mapped drive
M: where the sqr applications reside.  Anyone with ideas?
