Batch VS Intractive and output directory

My thanx to everyone in there response to this topic.  The team feels
after researching this that we will go with my original idea to make
this an input parameter.

On another subject...

        I would like to redirect the default directory to the current
directory that I'm in rather than SYS$LOGIN or the directory in which
the SQR resides.
        We use the new-report option, which will direct the SQR directory as
a default, or we can easily change the default to SYS$LOGIN. Is there
a way in which the current directory can be made default???
