Can you help me ?

Hello.

I´m working in SQR3 Workbench, and my actual version is 3.5 Release
3.0.12.2.

The past week I attempted to install a new version of the Software, V3.5
Release
3.0.13.2 but when I try to  execute it, the application requests me a DLL,
that  is
WSYBDB.DLL, that  DLL is not in my PC, not even it is in the directory
where is
installed  the part client of Sybase.

My question is, ¿ Have to install something additional to obtain  that
DLL?

( excuse my English, I am learning it )
