If you're running SQR v 3.0 or later, then you can use the
pre-defined variable $sqr-platform, or the pre-defined
substitution variable {sqr-platform}. They have
values like UNIX, VMS, DOS, etc.
If you're using an earlier version, you may want to create
an #include file which defines SQR-PLATFORM (and is different
on each platform).
