You can also use the UPPERCASE statement, which is a little
more efficient (and less typing):
UPPERCASE $LastName
UPPERCASE $FirstName
UPPERCASE $MidInitial
If you're writing a plain text file (as opposed to a PostScript or
HP file) you could always convert the file to upper case after
you've generated the report, if that's more convenient.
This would involve using OPEN, READ, WRITE, etc.
There is no "uppercase only" option for generating reports.
You'll have to do it on your own.
