Re: LISTSERV address for PeopleSoft Apps and Tools

Anyone know how PSHEUG (PS Higher Education User Group) and PSSIS (PS
Student Information System) and PSFinAid (PS Financial Aid) get around Ray's
VERY valid points? Is it because they are a vertical market (Higher Ed) w/
functional concerns not addressed on PS Forum? I've never seen PeopleTools,
PeopleCode, PS/Query, etc. discussions on these lists...only functional issues.
I agree that most consultants don't have access to PS Forum. Sounds like a
valid concern for needing support on technical tools and an avenue for
sharing code to not "reinvent the wheel". I guess PS would freak out about
code samples associated with their proprietary tools being out on a non-PS
list.
Maybe consultants should lobby PS for a "PS Developer Program" where
"authorized" consultants can gain access to PS Forum?
