Hey Ken- did it ever occur to you that after you create the report you have
to 
print it?????  Or do all your users just look at them on screen???  

Now we all know it's probably best to run your sqr's on the server instead
of 
the workstattion (if possible ) , just like it's best to print to
PostScript 
(if possible).  But if things were always the way that were best, these
programs
would all write themselves and we'd all be out of work!!  

So, if you have a collection of reports that print on completion,  
( new-report 'dummy' & call system using ' nprint ....... ' #status )
 and under Win 3.1 and Netware, the best way to do that was through NPRINT,

and now  you are getting rid of Netware (and who isn't?? ), What is the
best way 
to handle this conversion??  ( the conversion of SQR reports, Ken ) 

Wouldn't it be great if there was somewhere you
could send mail to people who might have already done this so you 
didn't have to knock your head against a wall??

Oh wait there is - it's SQR-USERS@USA.NET!!!


P.S. has anyone done this conversion??  I have used the NPRINT before and 
have been wondering how to handel this in the absence of netware.
