Hi Brandon

Please be advised that your copy of SQR is not licensed to run outside
PeopleSoft system, ie. as a stand alone software, hence the error. I am
not completely familiar with the SQRIBE's contract with PeopleSoft, but
I do not think that PeopleSoft is allowed to tell you how to run SQR as
a stand-alone.

If you are interested, please contact SQRIBE to purchase a stand-alone
SQR that you can run outside PeopleSoft system.

Regards
