We are attempting to run a variety of SQR's on an AS/400, version 3 release
7 of the OS/400 operating system, and a DB2/400 database. We are
experiencing performance problems which we think at this point may be
related to the ILE processing methods.

The SQR's that we are submitting have run in 'no time' on Oracle and
Informix with UNIX operating systems, so we do not think that the problem
has to do with the SQL involved.

I have a real simple question at this point.  Is there anyone else that is
running SQR's on the AS/400 platform and if so, are you experiencing the
same type of problems?  I would be interested in hearing from anyone who
has any suggestions or tips and techniques that they could share with us.
