#include problem...

Hi All
 I don't know if you all have come across this but I came across this and it is
pretty weird.
This comes when I am trying to use the SQRWIN.DLL to generate the report for me
from VB. I am trying to include  the date functions library. This is the message
I get when I run the report.

(SQR 4713) can't open the #include file" 'datefinc.sqc'
(2): No such file or directory

The file exists in the same directory of the report file.
The strange thing is I do this for another report and it works!!!
If I run the report through command line from any directory structure in my file
system also it works!!!

Any comments suggestions?
