Yes, there is a 32-bit version of SQR3 for Win NT, at least for most
databases.  SQR4 for Win NT is also in production now, or at least will be
soon.  I just looked at the website but it seems they are not publishing
actual availablity information there.  Still, you might find what you need
from http://www.sqribe.com/products/sqravail.htm .
