Make sure that you have the correct number of lines declared for your
heading.
Also, an early version of 3.0 had a problem with putting an extra
blank line at the top of a page (below the header) if wrap continued
onto a second page (if I remember correctly).
I'm not aware of any other problems, but call MITI for the official word.
