Source file editors

Hello, I'm new to the list.  Sorry if this has been asked/answered
before.

What editors are people using to maintain SQR source code? Or
what is the best editor to use?  We are currently using Megaedit on
Windows 3.1.  We do not edit our source files in UNIX.

a.  What editor and platform (Window 3.1, UNIX, etc)?

b.  What advantages and utilities does it provide (language support,
etc)?
