The file that contains the image must be either in the same directory where
the output .spf file is at; or, wherever your SQRDIR is defined to be in your
win.ini file. More specifically, under the section of [SQR Products].

The last time this happened to us was because we were using NEW-REPORT command
and to fix it we used an extra NEW-PAGE at the end to properly close the file.
