Use of Oracle hints was implemented in SQR Version 3.

In SQR v3.0.7 I've done it as follows:
begin-procedure get_ar_paid
begin-select
/*+ ordered index(tbrappl ztbrappl_chg_index) use_nl(tbraccd) */
I am not sure if the 2.4.2 functionality allows this or not.
