Diane,

    Thank you for responding to the problem we posted.  MITI changed theie
"call system" utility to a VMS SPAWN which is different than what they
used before this version.  They are working on resolving this problem.
My theory is if it worked in earlier SQR version in the same environment, 
it should work now.  Fortunately, they agreed with me.
