You can use SQRWP.EXE.  This accepts SPF files. You should be
able to launch SQRWP.EXE and have it print your SPF file without
any user intervention. If you want to print it using a windows
print driver then use the option -PRINTER:WP.  It will use
the windows default printer to generate output.
