    Sorry, I have not the answer you seek...  However, CSUB is right in the 
    middle of attempting to find a solution for this very function.  Please 
    post to this listserver if you have "implemented a Web page to execute 
    a SQR routine against an ORACLE database and then return the resulting 
    report to the Web page".  Thanks...
