[sqr-users] graph issue with number formatting/position

our platform is windows 2003 and Oracle.
Our format setting for number are french.
         number-edit-mask = '9 999 999,99'

We have issues with Graph (Pie and bar chart) regarding the format of the 
number of the Y label and Y value.
We are running 8.5 and conduct also the test in 9.3
we have the same issues

1) Bar Chart
if we set this variable
Y-Axis-Mask
then
a)it alter the format of the display value on top of the bar
(suppress the number after the decimal point)
 before 4.56
 after 4

b) The value of the Y axis do not follow the format specified in this variable.
 without the Y-Axis-Mask  "4 0" instead of 4.0
  (it is not able to retreive the decimal separator character)
 with Y-Axis-Mask set
   the display value do not follow the format specified.

Is there a documentation that describe the format of Y-Axis-Mask ?
The information we got from the SQR manual is wrong.


2) Bar Chart
if we do not use the variable
Y-Axis-Mask
the value of the Y axis displayed
   display the number without the decimal point

3) Pie Chart
the %value of the slice are displayed at the unreadable position
we want it outside the Pie to be readable even if we specify
        ATTRIBUTES=('chart1','LABEL-LOCATION','OUTER')
