Most likely its a network security issue. Verify the user account the sqr uses 
has access to the output file from sql plus.

If you are able to run both jobs (sql plus + sqr)  from your desktop , it will 
confirm ithat the problem you face when running it from scheduler is a security 
issue.

Ok, Win 2003, SP2 running PS 8.8 SP2 Finance calling SQR via Process
Scheduler.

Ok, the program works from the command line (we are calling SQLPLUS
directly ex: SQLPLUS ODB/ODB@TEST @myFile.sql).

The result of calling this should be a file that we can the stream back
into PS.

So, when we call the program from SQR it simply doesn't work , no Status
error (returns 0).

We attempted using other statements like COPY, etc and they worked with
CALL SYSTEM. Anybody have any ideas?
