[sqr-users] Error reading a File ---- help needed with processscheduler security issue

Hii,
        I have written an sqr to read a file from development from folder 
"\\test\a\"
   
  When i run in development it works fine . But  i when i run thru production 
it gives an error ... i have figured out that its mainly because of permissions 
ASSIGNED TO THE FOLDERS
   
  Since the same sqr in production is able to read a file from any other server 
than the one which i am using.
   
  The doubts i have is .... if any user logs into Prod or Development thru 
peoplesoft it is  logged in as "PSOFT" for this client 
   
  so does the process scheduler is logged in under different account or it is 
loggen in as "PSOFT" ??
   
  Or atleast can anyone tell me where i can see wht process scheduler can 
access (permissions) ??
   
  or on which user account the process scheduler logs in as ......
   
  Since the one in development works and not in prod ...we are confused ....
  and even more puzzled as the one in production can access all other folder 
except this even thought the development and production have same user access 
rights
   
   
  We dont have a DBA so i am tryin to resolve this issue on my own ....
