Re: [sqr-users] UNC path works in SQRW but not in PeopleSoft

Doesnt all the sqr's need to be in one of the four designated sqr directory in
people soft?

Process scheduler can only search these directories for the sqr.

Check the file ownership. Is it the same as the PS id? (Not the OPRID
of the person running the process, but the PS ID). You can just make
sure the file ownership is the same as other PS files on the same
server.

Are you trying to run the sqr from Process Scheduler.

I know this is an SQR User Group, not PeopleSoft, but I'm hoping for
help with experts in both here.

I have an SQR that uses a UNC path to open an input file. It works fine
using SQRW on both my local PC and on the Server. However, when I put
the SQR into PeopleSoft and run it, I get an error that it cannot open
the interface file. The path quoted in the error message is the correct
path and the filename is correct.

Any suggestions on what to look at to troubleshoot this?

TIA,

Joe
