The current version of Hyperion SQR supports GIF, JPEG, BMP, PNG, and
TIFF images files when producing PDF output.

IIRC, SQR PDF output only supports JPG and GIF file formats.  Convert
your 
BMP File to one of these formats and you should be fine.
