[sqr-users] Mexican Training Reports delivered in PeopleSoft

I am having troubles with the Mexican training report that is delivered
in PeopleSoft.  It is the DC-4 report (mxstp007)
The one that is delivered does not contain any of the optional data that
is requested by the Mexican government.

I have searched the PeopleSoft database, created a new PeopleSoft case,
and inquired in the PeopleSoft discussion group with no success.

So, I figured I would turn to the sqr users group to see if any of you
have encountered any issues with the DC-4 report not containing any of
the optional data.

Any help is appreciated!
