I would code an SQR program to read the old .LIS file line by line and
then PRINT each line into another .LIS and keep the .SPF file.

Subject: [sqr-users] LIS to SPF format
Hi,
We ran a one time Sqr to update some tables in database. The one time
Sqr generated a LIS file which holds the information about the updated
rows. But Users need the output in SPF format. The SQR cannot be reran
to generate the report again. Is it a way to transfer the existing LIS
file to SPF.
Thanks,
Vijayakumar.J
