If your need is  to  only distribute  output from  SQR  and sql
and these  output  is  only one file ( pdf, excell, txt, ...)

then you  can extend your investigation to  any web  server ( Apaches  or
IIS)

Hyperion Performance Suite or Hyperion System 9 BI  + Production  Rreporting
can  distribute output of  SQR and SQL reports
and  provide also
        1)on demand execution  of  sqr  and sql report  (sqr job factory and
generic job factory)
        2)scheduling option (calandar based,  event  based, command  line based)
and  manage
        versionning of  the report  output
        complexe  output ( multiple files )
        security in the distribution
        autodelete of the document on  expiration date
        auditing of the usage
and supporte  high volume reports and  large number of user
        there are implementation with 10 000s users  on one  server in  
production
since  manny years

I do not  have experience on reportnet and Oracle
to help  you  in your choice we need  additionnal information
like number of users, number  of  daily, weekly, monnthly reports,  your
security  model,  your architecture ( intranet,  extranet,  unix/windows,
...), your  skill, ...

endusers .. wonder if any one has comparitive analysis between different
portal applications like Hyperion Portal, Oracle Portal, Cognos Reportnet,
etc.
