[sqr-users] Unstring into an array

I would like to UNSTRING $ATS_RECORDS into an array.  I do not know how
many records will be in the $ATS_RECORDS variable.
There may be zero (0) or many.

   UNSTRING $ATS_RECORDS BY '^' INTO $FILLER
                                     $ATS1
                                     $ATS2
                                     $ATS3
                                     $ATS4
                                     $ATS5
                                     $ATS6
                                     $ATS7
                                     $ATS8
                                     $ATS9
                                     $ATS10
