That looks like the SQC filename is provided via ASK or INPUT command
(probably from the run control page if this is run from PeopleSoft)

Subject: [sqr-users] Regarding an sqc for FIN2025.sqr
Hi,
Can anyone please let me know what does #include '{include_file}.sqc'
mean in the list of sqcs present at the end of fin2025.sqr?
I would like to know specifically what all are the sqc names taken by
{include_file} command. Does this include fineft23.sqc?
The reason for my asking is, I would like to make a change for the
procedure Write-PPD-File in fineft23.sqc and I do not find this
proceudre getting called in fin2025.sqr nor the fineft23.sqc being
included at the end of the sqr.
Thanks in advance..
