Actually it was a dbase error, one of the tables didn't have row for that order.

That is old code.  Are you sure that you only have one SQR.INI file present on 
your box?

Just a wild guess...but could the user's computer also have the sqr.ini file in 
it?

All,

The default date edit mask for Oracle is 'DD-MON-YY'. Given the year
2000 issue, SQR was modified to print a Warning when a date mask was
encoutered with a two digit year (YY). This warning can be disabled by
an SQR.INI setting ([Default-Settings]
OutputTwoDigitYearWarningMsg=False) or eliminated by using a date edit
mask with a four digit year (YYYY).

The choice is yours on how you want to solve this issue.
