For those interested in BLAT here's a neat little routine that encapsulates the 
parameters in a well written API library... Test program calls API routine... 
works nicely...

I'm not certain you can add an attachment. If you're using some simple
utility like sendmail or it's NT namesake, then you wouldn't ba able to
attach anything.
