[sqr-users] SQR-5703 Error

We are receiving an error SQR-5703 -Error opening the SQR log file: 'sqr.log')
(13) Permission denied.  

This is run off a network server and is run locally on a Win XP machine.  I 
have looked through all the archives and I see fixes for Windows 2000 but has 
anyone run across this on XP?  It was working fine Friday but after all the 
tornadoes and storms that ripped through here yesterday all of our servers went 
down and now I have a user that can't run these from her machine. It has 
happened before but we can't recall anything we did to fix it.   I can't run 
them from this particular server either but I can run local SQT's I have 
created on my machine with no issues.
