Your report can have simple to complex reasons why it is not printing. It 
helps very much if you can tell us your environment.
     1. What is your operating system.
     2. How is the printer setup.
     3. Location of run time (server or client)
    4. What are the parameters when running the sqr.

I remember one user of mine was asking me the same question and we found out 
it was
printing on a different printer location. Another one is because the PC was 
converted into new
OS that was not compatible with the tools version of the application.
