Kyle, et al,
The Oracle section of SQR.ini shows only a date format - is there something
else I should add?
I am already running thru SQRW (peoplesoft installation).

Search and find your SQR.ini file. Verify the [Environment: Oracle]
section
is pointing to the SQR directory on your machine. I've seen where this is
pointed to a server and SQR runs the report on a server somewhere, using
the
databases defined there.
If you aren't already, try running it with SQRW.exe (Windows environment)
instead of the Developer.
