Good question.
The original inquiry was (and still is) vague. This permits people to
project their favorite solutions and tidbits onto it. The tough work of
clarifying the requirements is thus avoided and the field remains wide
open for anything anyone wants to say. Under these conditions, damsels
in distress appear to be rescued and our magnanimous natures are on
display for all to see.
Also agree with Dave.

Why does a question like this get 50+ responses, and tough valid SQR
conundrums are lucky to get 1?

It occurred to me that you might double check the declare-layout
section. Perhaps the report width isn't wide enough?
