[sqr-users] Interactive HTML function: Expand and Collapse

I am trying to use the Expand and Collapse functionality in SQR.  I need to 
nest different levels of group breaks. 
Area  (when expand area, the report will display all districts that belongs to 
the area.  The district information should not show up in collapse view.)
  District  (when expanding area, the report will display all dealers.)  
    Dealer
 
I know that I will need to set group breaks for Area and District and set the 
HTML Interactive Report filter to Expand/Collapse Detail.  However, setting 
these filters in both Area and District shows the district information prior to 
the area's expand.
 
Area
District 
  (Dealer is hidden until clicking on District's expand arrow)
 
Any other to get this to work?
