Are there any known issues (or bugs) with SQR V8.1 and Oracle 9i TIMESTAMP
datatype fields? I have an SQR that selects a timestamp field on one line and
tries to do an Oracle to_char to that same field on the next line. When the
first select on this timestamp field is commented out, the program runs,
however, when both are in the select statement, the following error is received:
(SQR 1305) CMPSQL: Unknown data type in database: 187
SQR: Program Aborting
(SQR 1305) CMPSQL : Unknown data type in database: 187
SQR: Program Aborting
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all who respond. BTW,
Oracle 9i is running on a Windows 2000 Server machine.
