You didn't say if you were printing the detail lines as well, so lets assume
that you are just interested in printing the total lines for each break.
You can set the query up to produce only the total for each break and then
print them.  Or you can use the multiple report option and produce the
detail in one report and then just write out the summary lines in the other.
Or you could use an if statement to determine when to print the
detail/summary lines.

I am trying to print only the totals for each break in my report.  I tried
using the NOP print attribute, but this has adverse effects on my ON-BREAK
