As far as I know you can use command NEW-REPORT $report_name.
Put user name or login as $report_name. You can also incorporate date of run.
This is for PDF format.

My SQR generates different report files which I need to distribute it
dynamically to different people. I do not want to send the files in an email
but want to distribute them as if the report manager distributes it using
the distribution table. It would be like a person 'ABC' running the report
himself/herself but only I would run it for him/her. What complicates the
matter is that I need to run it for multiple persons using just one SQR.
