Ask the insomniac in the next office to run it for you?
Actually, on Windows 98 and up you can schedule jobs through the control panel.
With UNIX you can use "cron" to schedule jobs: run "man cron" for an
explanation. Be aware that cron leaves you with a naked environment, so the SQR
call will have to be wrapped in a script that sets up PATH, SQRDIR etc. etc.

There are other process schedulers, from other vendors, besides Peoplesoft's
Process Scheduler. There might be something built-in to Unix, but I don't
know Unix, so I'm just guessing. If you're desperate, you could write a
loop into the SQR program to go round and round until a particular time.
