I'm sure there's another way. I know that the
Oracle DB enviornment SQL has an INITCAP function.

Hi,
I have a string coming from the flat file which might be in the
form of 'Sqrusers' or 'SQRUSERS' or 'SQRusers'. Before inserting
into the table i want to make sure that it is in the following
format
'Sqrusers'(that is first letter capital always).
i thought there is this function INITCAP, but i don't see that
in my version(5.1). Is this function correct?
if i don't have a function, may be i can do it in a different
way like using Substr function.
Thanks.
