Alas, there is no command in SQR to sort arrays, despite many requests to
Brio/Hyperion for that feature. You have to write your own sorting
subroutine. There are many ways to do that, and the best approach may
depend on the situation. Do you have a specific problem to solve?

SQR programs are always text files, unless compiled to an SQT. If
they do not own an SQRW license, then you would have to get one.
I usually run SQR from the command line in UNIX, if you think that is
ugly, try running SQR on MVS.
