[sqr-users] ORACLE OCISessionBegin(RDBMS) error 28002 when runningreport

Hello,

  I have a client that is running a report, and receiving the following error 
when the report attempts to connect to the database:

(SQR 5528) ORACLE OCISessionBegin(RDBMS) error 28002 in cursor0:
   ORA-28002: the password will expire within 14 days
(SQR 4701) Cannot logon to the database.

  As you can see from the error, the user's Oracle password has expired and is 
in the grace period.  However, that shouldn't prevent the report from running.  
(For instance, you can still log into SQL*Plus in this situation.)

  Also, when I test this out on my own system, I don't see this error.  I can 
set up a user with a password in the grace period, and then run the report with 
no problem.

  I'd appreciate any suggestions.

  Hyperion SQR version 6.2
  Oracle version 8.1.7.4 running on Unix.
