[sqr-users] Horz-Line out of bounds

I'm using the following command: 

Graphic (+16,01,990) Horz-Line 8 

It has been working for over one year, now all of a sudden, it displays an 
error that says it's out of bounds.  

I have the following Setup:

  Orientation = Landscape
