Hi Janet,

            To my knowledge, this is impossible. When U print data in a CSV 
File, The Heading is only going to be printed once, no matter whatever we try.

Incase U want that to happen, Dont print the Department in the Heading Section. 
Have it as a part of a Procedure. Use a Break Logic (incase U select the 
Department & any other details), wherein for a change in Department, U get into 
a new page (new-page function) and then call this procedure to print the 
corresponding Department Name.

Hope the problem gets solved then!!!

There is a peoplesoft delivered sqr report that prints
a new page every time there is a new department.  
When you print this to excel (csv) the header does not
get printed every time but only the first time and the
department is on the header so you think all the info
on the spreadsheet belongs to one deptartment.  Is
there anyway around this, to get the header to print
every time
