I feel this is a better logic:

    round it two decimals if required.
    Then multiply by 1000000
    Then lpad

     What say, Radhika?

no.  i mean change the order of what the other guy said.  

multiply by 1000000 first (keeps the decimals)
THEN put it in an integer field
then pad the zeros.

Or if you wanted just the 2 decimal places you could multiply by 100 first,
then round it, then multiply by 1000 (=6 zeros). then pad the zeros.
