[sqr-users] UI component to open a File dialog.

I have a specific requirement for my users.  My reporting application is
run through a Citrix server & the users want to export the report to an
excel spreadsheet. I have the code that does the excel export. But since
I hard-code the path (& I absolutely detest hard-coding) to point to C:,
the file is getting written to the Citrix server's virtual local drive.

 
Is it at all possible to provide some sort of an UI component that
would enable me to provide a File-dialog? That way, they can choose
where the export needs to go to.
 
If you know any other workaround to this problem, I would appreciate
your help.
