You can't do it with a CSV file, but you can do it with a SYLK file, 
which is also supported by most spreadsheet programs.

James Womeldorf recently contributed a very nice library of 
routines, sylk.sqc, to make it easier to create generate output 
from SQR that can be loaded into an Excel spreadsheet and contain 
formatted cell content, formulas, etc.  Visit:
